Welcome to Submittable and the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards 

Entries for the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2021 have now closed. Regional judging will be taking place over the Summer and we look forward to notifying our finalists in September.

Who can enter?

Building control surveyors, builders, architects, designers and anyone else involved in a construction project completed between 1 Jan and 31 Dec 2020 where building control was provided by a local authority.

Which region should I enter?

To find out the local authority and LABC region your project is in, use this postcode search. For site-based categories the address will be the location of the project, and for the rest, the local authority you have a relationship with.

Deadline

The deadline date for all entries is Friday 16 July.

What happens? 

People Awards: Regional judging will take place and all regional winners in the Place Awards will be shortlisted and invited to attend the Place National Awards in January 2022.

Place Awards: Regional judging will take place selecting the two entries per category to be shortlisted and invited to attend the People National Awards in February 2022.

1. Submittable only saves one draft per category. Therefore we recommend collating your information before you start filling in the form if you have more than one submission to make. 

2.  Each project / person can only be entered into one category.
