Welcome to the LABC Regional Building Excellence Awards - the largest business to business awards in the UK

(Scroll down for the entry form)

Who can enter and what's the process?

Building control surveyors, builders, architects, designers and anyone else involved in a construction project where building control was provided by a local authority can submit an entry to the relevant region, these are then reviewed and shortlisted by a panel of judges.

Shortlisted entries will be invited to attend the regional awards, and winners will be invited to attend the Grand Finals, which are held in London and attract over 700 guests.

Visit the LABC website to find out why you should enter, information on the awards events and much more and read our FAQs if you have any queries about the entry process.

NB: Submittable only saves one draft per category. Therefore we recommend collating your information before you start filling in the form if you have more than one submission to make.

Which LABC region should I enter?

The LABC network covers all local authorities in England and Wales and is split into 12 regions, each of which holds their own awards. To find out which local authority and LABC region your project is in use this postcode search. For site based categories the region is determined by the location of the project, for best local builder, best site agent and best partnership categories, use the local authority you have a relationship with.

What's my deadline?

Deadlines are different for each region. Find out what your deadline is and further information on the regional awards page. (Scroll to the bottom of that page and select your region from the drop down menu.)
